Construction company rebrand

A.H.S. Building Group asked Valhalla to help develop their brand as part of its growth plan.

Name and strapline

To better align with its services, the words ‘Building’ and ‘Group’ were removed from the name, as they don’t clarify what the business does.

And since AHS isn't specifically descriptive, a three-word strapline Dilapidations. Fit-out. Refurbishment. was introduced to describe the core services.

To add an emotional hook, the slogan Your Premises Reset was written. It encourages clients to think about new possibilities beyond the process itself. The word ‘Premises’ keeps it versatile for different spaces, while ‘Your’ personalises the message for each client. 'Reset' suggests the space will be returned to its original state. As good as new or better.

“Matthew's clear thinking about how to describe the benefits of our service was perfect. He couldn’t have captured our business any better!”

Alexander Stell, Managing Director, AHS

Logo Design

The design concept uses orthographic projections of a cone, a cuboid, and a sphere to represent the diverse spaces in which the business operates. Placing the initial letters AHS inside those shapes symbolises the company's central role in client projects.

Brightly coloured spots highlight intersections, adding stylish detail and symbolizing project management - joining the dots.

Brand Book and Brand Tool Kit

At the end of all Valhalla Branding projects, a comprehensive Brand Book is created to provide a guide for the application of the finished brand. A selection of pages are shown below.

Brand Transformation

Effective brands grab your attention. They’re easy to remember and let your customers know what they can expect from your business. The image below represents the AHS brand before and after the branding process.
